So, after running for three consecutive days, today is a recovery day. I had a good run last night where I ran for the first 15 minutes solid, but my legs started feeling the impact of the cumulative miles.
And I splurged a little bit on dinner tonight too. I was really craving a burrito from Panchero's and since this isn't a "starve myself of every good thing in the world" diet/routine, I decided to go for it. Tomorrow, I'll get back to jogging (although it's a high of 24 tomorrow), and all will be well.
Meals today:
Lunch -- Salad with grilled chicken strips, lots of fruit and veggies. Water.
Dinner -- Panchero's chicken burrito and a Fat Tire beer.
