It was 37 outside, which felt hot.  Today was my worst run.  I decided I would get up and run first thing this “morning,” which, you know on a Saturday, means noon.  I had a few spoonfuls of a smoothie that ended up tasting like oatmeal (I have a bit more work to do on the recipe) and then I went jogging.  I ended up feeling pretty sick and barfed those spoonfuls back up on the side of the road.  My pace was pretty poor too.  I figure I was bound to have a bad run at some point, but at least my feet are holding up.

Meals today:

Chickfila Chicken strip salad with fat-free honey mustard dressing, diet dr. pepper.
Frozen yogurt with strawberries (and some brownie toppings)
Peanut butter and jelly on 9 grain whole wheat
Smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and rolled oats
